GLENDALE, Calif. (KABC) — Two males have been arrested within the theft of a marriage present field containing about $60,000 in money and checks from a banquet corridor reception in Glendale, authorities mentioned Saturday.
The theft was reported at 12:50 a.m. final Sunday on the Renaissance Banquet Corridor, 1236 S. Central Ave., in accordance with Sgt. Jose Barajas of the Glendale Police Division.
“Witnesses reported that shortly after midnight, a male suspect entered the banquet corridor, grabbed the present field and fled by way of an exit,” Barajas mentioned. “Surveillance footage exhibits the suspect coming into the passenger seat of a more moderen black Mercedes SUV, which then fled the realm.”
