3 arrested on suspicion of torture after ‘extreme and extended abuse’ of 6 youngsters in Victorville


VICTORVILLE, Calif. (KABC) — A person and two ladies have been arrested on suspicion of torture in a case involving the “extreme and extended abuse and neglect” of six youngsters in Victorville, authorities mentioned Tuesday.

The suspects have been recognized as Victorville residents Kenneth Key, 60; Tina Key, 60; and Katlynn Key, 23, based on a information launch issued by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Division. Authorities say the Kenneth and Tina are married, and Katlynn is their daughter.
