4 males face fees in Houston capturing that killed an 18-year-old and injured a teen.
HOUSTON — 4 males have been charged in reference to a lethal capturing that claimed the lifetime of an 18-year-old and injured a 15-year-old boy in southeast Houston final summer season, in response to the Houston Police Division.
Jared Edu Garcia, 20, Brian Azahel Garcia, 18, Jair Gael Garcia, 21, and Francisco Jathziel Garcia Juarez, 26, are dealing with fees of homicide and aggravated assault with a lethal weapon.
The lethal capturing occurred on June 9, 2024 at a house on Moss Rose Road close to the Gulf Freeway. When police received to the scene, they discovered two males with gunshot wounds.
Nehemiah Lima, 18, was pronounced lifeless on the scene. The 15-year-old was hospitalized and survived his accidents.
Following months of investigation, HPD murder detectives recognized the 4 males as suspects. Prices had been filed on Could 7, 2025, after the case was introduced to the Harris County District Lawyer’s Workplace.
Based on HPD, Brian Garcia, Jair Garcia, and Juarez had been already in custody on unrelated fees when the brand new fees had been filed.
Jared Garcia was arrested the next day, Could 8, by HPD SWAT and the Southeast Crime Suppression Groups.
