SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — 1000’s got here out to San Francisco on Saturday to kick off Memorial Day weekend and to rejoice two huge cultural occasions.

For the previous 40 years, Carnaval San Francisco celebrates the cultures and confluence of Latin American and the Caribbean within the metropolis’s Mission District.
