Joseph Charles Vicencio, 27, is accused of taking pictures and killing his girlfriend, 26-year-old Tarrah Taylor, her roommate, 24-year-old Jeannessa Lurie, and Lurie’s boyfriend, 26-year-old Max Ryan, early Tuesday morning on Chynoweth Avenue.
