HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Based mostly on courtroom paperwork, Corey Oliver made it clear to Harris County’s felony justice system he was going to do what he needed to do.
Breaking Bond: 18-year-old freed on bond faces recent felony fees
What they’re saying:
The 18-year-old was serving juvenile probation for 3 felonies.
“Together with theft, evading arrest, and possession of a weapon a gun,” stated Andy Kahan with Crime Stoppers.
The backstory:
Whereas serving juvenile probation, Oliver picks up three extra fees: aggravated theft, tampering with proof, and possession of a prohibited weapon – a machine gun.
“He is promoting a gun to anyone. After he sells the gun and will get the cash, he turns round and robs the man, he steals the gun to get the gun again,” Kahan stated.
Oliver was behind bars till August 1. On July 31, his juvenile probation ended. The following day, he was launched from jail on a $40,000 bond.
In line with courtroom paperwork, he violated his bond circumstances a number of instances.
On October 15, Oliver turned a needed fugitive. 10 days later, he is arrested. Police say he had a machine gun, his second one.
Kahan calls Oliver a risk to public security.

Oliver is now being held with out bond till he returns to courtroom on January 26, 2026.Â
