HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The president of a faculty board in Wharton County is in federal custody in Houston on Friday for possession of kid pornography.
A federal felony grievance says Boling ISD Board President Jerry Svatek Junior informed an undercover officer in a chat room about intercourse acts with a toddler.
