“Moana 2” is about to hit theatres. For Disney’s newest animated journey, what higher place for the world premiere than Hawaii?
“Moana 2” reunites Moana and Maui on a daring mission to attach all of the peoples of the Pacific Islands. On the world premiere in Hawaii, Auli’i Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson and the solid and crew celebrated the return of those beloved characters which have linked with followers all around the world.
“I lived this. I’m from Hawaii. I am of native Hawaiian descent, and I understand how essential this character is for younger girls and younger males,” stated Cravalho. “I’m as a lot of a fan of this character as anybody else.”
“The character of Maui that I have been fortunate sufficient to convey to life was impressed by my grandfather and he is buried right here. Man, so it is like… it is particular,” stated Johnson.
Together with fan favourite characters from the unique, “Moana 2” options new heroes, new villains and a brand new little sister for Moana.
“Moana is so beloved. I might say the one factor that they are going to be blown away by is Moana’s sister, Simea,” stated Disney CEO Bob Iger.
Khaleesi Lambert-Tsuda performs the brand new character.
“She’s actually feisty, energetic and playful,” Khaleesi stated.
“Moana 2” opens solely in theatres Nov. 27, simply in time for Thanksgiving.
