The FBI is investigating an incident aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship allegedly involving an unruly passenger.
The incident passed off Friday aboard the Navigator of the Seas, which was crusing from Ensenada, Baja California, to Los Angeles, officers mentioned.
The unidentified passenger allegedly grew to become unruly and crew members had been known as in, based on witnesses.

A video of the incident confirmed crew members restraining the person on the ground with towels.
It’s unclear when the person died after being restrained.

“The FBI responded to a Royal Caribbean cruise on Monday when it docked in Los Angeles and is investigating an incident on board that resulted in dying,” the FBI mentioned in a press release.
Royal Caribbean Cruises launched a press release after the incident, saying, “We’re saddened by the passing of one in every of our company. We supplied assist to the household and are working with authorities on their investigation.”
