Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Workplace
Funeral preparations have been launched for a Harris County constable deputy and her 7-year-old daughter, who each died in a fiery automotive crash final month.
The crash occurred within the 6500 block of the westbound Katy Freeway round 3 a.m. Nov. 22 when a person driving a grey Madza allegedly struck the gasoline tank of Hutson’s car, instantly spurring an explosion. The wreck shut down the freeway for a number of hours.
Hutson was working additional employment duties, offering police presence for street enhancements, in the course of the time of the wreck, officers mentioned.
A person accused of inflicting the wreck, 23-year-old Omar Alvarado, was arrested and charged with two counts of intoxicated manslaughter.
