It went up on the market in March with an asking value of $8.9 million and offered on Could 15 for between $7.8 million and $9 million. HAR ranks houses by gross sales value however doesn’t disclose precise figures. In line with Zillow, the sale was pending by April 4, lower than a month after hitting the market on March 19.
