HUMBLE, Texas — A lady was arrested at her residence in Humble on Friday and charged with cruelty to an animal, Harris County Constable Precinct One Alan Rosen introduced.
The tiny, black kitten was dumped alongside FM 2100 in northeast Harris County in late July. As the girl in a black Ford 150 pick-up truck pulled away, she ran over the kitten, which suffered damaged bones and inner accidents.
The incident was captured on video by a witness.
Precinct One and the Houston SPCA provided a $5,000 reward for data resulting in the girl’s identification.
Three weeks later, Lucie Siewe, 49, was arrested.
