LOS ANGELES (KABC) — It is no secret Los Angeles is a hotbed of mouth-watering tacos of all types, and Yelp’s Prime 100 Taco Spots of 2025 proves it.
Eighteen taco joints throughout the town made the record that was launched Thursday.
Topping the record is Birrieria Familia Castro, situated in North Hollywood and well-known for its secret birria recipe.
In accordance with Yelp, birria-style tacos are well-liked amongst folks trying to squash their starvation.
Anthony Castro, the supervisor of the North Hollywood taco spot, says it was his father’s dream to have a restaurant. His dad and mom have juggled two jobs whereas working the restaurant.
Castro mentioned they owe their success to a recipe handed down from his nice grandmother.
