Man accused of kidnapping teen close to Aldine HS, injecting him with substance

HOUSTON – A person is accused of kidnapping a pupil close to Aldine Excessive College and injecting him with an unknown substance.

Data present Ted Fleming, 45, is charged with third-degree felony kidnapping.

The alleged incident occurred on Oct. 1 throughout the road from Aldine Excessive College. In keeping with courtroom paperwork, legislation enforcement responded to a report of a “pupil being pulled away whereas strolling with a suspicious male.”

College personnel had taken photographs and movies of the coed being pulled away by a person, courtroom paperwork state.
