Man charged with theft in connection to scooter thefts on College of Houston campus – Houston Public Media

The College of Houston Police Division has arrested and charged a person in connection to 2 scooter thefts on campus earlier this month.

Steven Marquiz Simon, 28, has been charged with felony theft inflicting bodily damage, in accordance with Harris County courtroom paperwork. In one of many alleged robberies, Simon is accused of hanging one other man within the head together with his hand and foot whereas stealing his scooter.
