SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — A person died after being stabbed on a Muni bus in San Francisco Sunday afternoon, police mentioned.
SFPD says the sufferer was discovered at round 4:35 p.m. with stab wounds on Bayshore and Cortland streets.
Police say the sufferer was on a Muni bus, sitting in a wheelchair when the stabbing occurred.
“There was an altercation that occurred on the Muni bus. That occurred previous to the stabbing,” mentioned Lt. Kevin Lee with SFPD.
The sufferer was transported to an area hospital and died from his accidents.

SFPD says after the bus pulled over, the suspect took off operating. An officer close by detained the suspect.
