Building of a 35,000-square-foot “adaptive reuse growth” in Houston’s Memorial Metropolis is anticipated to start someday in 2025.

The mixed-use growth, referred to as Greenside, will function retail shops and eating places alongside a central inexperienced house, in response to Houston-based actual property agency Radom Captial.
