New LAPD video reveals wild theft and police capturing involving semi-nude suspect who threw cinnamon rolls

HARVARD HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — New video reveals a wild Winchell’s donut store theft that led to a police capturing. At one level, the video reveals the scantily-clad suspect throwing a tray of cinnamon rolls.
