FRIENDSWOOD, Texas (KTRK) — A rideshare driver has been arrested and charged with the aggravated kidnapping of a lady, in line with the Friendswood Police Division.
On June 28, officers obtained experiences of a 21-year-old lady who had been picked up by a pre-scheduled rideshare driver in Galveston shortly earlier than 3 a.m.
