LONDON — A Russian ballistic missile strike on the northeastern Ukrainian metropolis of Sumy killed a minimum of 32 folks on Sunday morning, emergency companies mentioned, as many there celebrated Palm Sunday.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy mentioned on Telegram that the “horrible strike” hit “an peculiar metropolis avenue, peculiar life: homes, instructional establishments, automobiles on the road.”
