HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A success-and-run investigation is underway after an 18-year-old was killed whereas leaving a celebration in southeast Houston, the Houston Police Division says.
The crash occurred Saturday evening close to Kassarine Move and Cherbourg Highway, in accordance with police.
Witnesses informed authorities the sufferer was leaving a celebration and was strolling close to the intersection on the time.
