HOUSTON — A member of the McNair household has filed a lawsuit towards the NFL, claiming the league interfered in his enterprise and management roles.
The Buzbee Regulation Agency introduced Saturday it has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Robert “Cary” McNair Jr. within the New York Supreme Courtroom, searching for greater than $100 million in damages.
In keeping with the submitting, McNair claims the NFL and Houston Texans proprietor’s consultant, Cal McNair, conspired to push him out of two positions: his seat on the belief board that owns the Texans and his position as CEO of McNair Pursuits, the household’s billion-dollar funding firm.
