Widow of contractor killed in shopper’s dwelling speaks out after police say he was discovered stuffed in a field in northwest Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A weird homicide in north Harris County on Friday has devastated a widow and her younger kids.

Luis Silva Mendez was putting in kitchen cupboards in a shopper’s dwelling when he was killed.
