REEDLEY, Calif. — A Central California household is mourning after police say a person shot and killed his spouse in entrance of their household and two grownup kids over the weekend.
Legislation enforcement recognized the gunman as 43-year-old Michael Rocha, and recognized his spouse as 43-year-old Yesennia Rocha.
