LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A person shot and killed his brother who had allegedly attacked their 80-year-old mom with a baseball bat at her residence within the Beverly Grove space.
The taking pictures was reported simply earlier than 1:30 p.m. Friday close to Alfred Avenue and Oakwood Avenue, in accordance with the Los Angeles Police Division.
The 61-year-old suspect used a baseball bat to interrupt into his mom’s residence after which attacked her, police stated.

At that time, the suspect’s brother fired a warning shot and later fatally shot his sibling with a shotgun.
LAPD says the suspect made threats the evening earlier than and left the home earlier than police arrived. It doesn’t seem he lived on the residence.
